Role Overview: We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our growing production team. Experience with assembling machinery or hydraulic systems is ideal, but a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are just as important. - In this role, you will: - Assemble agricultural implements once painted, to ready for dispatch. - Make and fit hydraulic hoses. - Work with mechanical components such as gearboxes, PTO drivetrains, chains, pulleys, bearings, and general mechanical assemblies. - Contribute to continuous improvement across the production process. This position is part of our production line workflow, which includes pre-processing, fabrication, blast/paint, assembly, and dispatch. Clear communication and a strong “quality handshake” between departments are essential and greatly appreciated.
