Takaro, 4 bedrooms

We’ve got a room available in our flat in Palmerston North, pretty close to the CBD, supermarkets, schools, and bus stops. Handy spot if you like being near everything. You’ll be living with one guy (30s), two girls (early 20s), and three dogs plus a cat, so definitely need to be ok with animals. Because of that, sorry but no extra pets, and it’s for one person only (no couples). The room’s is your standard, small to medium sized bedroom, only has a free standing wardrobe but will be easy to make your own. Rent’s $210 a week and that covers power and Wi-Fi (food not included obviously). We’re a pretty chill, easygoing bunch. Everyone’s got their own work and hobbies going on but we do hang out for a chat or a drink sometimes. We’re hoping to find someone similar, easy to get along with, tidy, respectful, and who’s up for the odd yarn or flat drink but also does their own thing. Flatmates are all in their 20s and 30s and we’d like to keep a similar sort of vibe age-wise, just to keep the balance in the house.
