While many collectors are no doubt aware of the many Disney Big Little Books (BLBs) published by Whitman during the 1930s and 1940s, a lesser known cousin of those books are their English counterparts published by Dean and Son in London during the early 1930s. These books, colloquially referred to as "British Big Little Books," feature thicker pages but were published in a similar format. Offered here is "Mickey Mouse Presents Bucky And Bo," which measures 4.5x5.75" and has 160 pages (missing covers). While Mickey Mouse appears on the front cover, book revolves around obscure Disney character Bucky Bug and his hobo friend Bo Bug.
