Newtown, 3 bedrooms

Come live with us in sunny Newtown! The biggest room in our flat will be available from 13 December. You’d be living with two creative blokes (so, not that blokey). Both of us work from home some of the time. We both happen to be vegetarian but you don’t need to be. We’re also both over 30, so would prefer someone mid-twenties or older. If you’re friendly, funny, like conversation, and appreciate a relaxed, peaceful home environment, we’d love to hear from you : ) The flat is the top floor of a two storey house. It’s nice and dry with lots of natural light and views of the city. The Southern Walkway and Wellington Zoo are just down the road and Lyall Bay is a 5-minute drive or 20 minute walk over the hill. We have a lockable shed for bikes. The room is unfurnished but comes with two built-in wardrobes. It easily fits a queen-size (or king-size) bed and any other furniture you'd like to bring. It has windows facing north and west so gets sun from late morning until sundown. The living room is insanely sunny and a great place to lie on a sofa and read, chat, or listen to music. The bathroom has a nice deep bathtub and green faux marble walls. There’s a back lawn that also gets heaps of sun, and a veggie garden that’s currently full of potatoes for Christmas.
