The house is warm in the winter, cool in the summer. House is still modern for its age. Location is quiet and safe. Neighbours are friendly. Small grassy area with an outdoor patio that gets the morning sun. Shower is powerful. House is fully equipped just need to bring your own bedroom bits and pieces. Not a party house but can be social or quiet. Resident dog with indoor/outdoor access during the day. Pets are negotiable. I have a medium size collie cross. She can be very picky on sharing her space with other dogs but she is very friendly around people. House is not suitable for cats. Move in cost is just two weeks rent for bond + one week rent in advance = $825.00.
