With extensive knowledge of alcohol, cocktails, and bar operations, you'll bring a level of expertise to our clients bar. About you * Expertise in Bars & Beverages - A deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations with the ability to elevate our offerings. * Proven Leadership - Strong leadership experience, guiding teams with confidence, particularly in environments with strong personalities. * Operational Excellence - Experience running or opening venues, ideally cocktail bars, with a strong track record of driving sales and revenue. * Passion & Personality - A vibrant, fun, and engaging leader who brings energy to the team while maintaining strong commercial acumen. * Collaborative Approach - Someone who has worked closely with owners and understands the balance between creativity and business success. * Training & Mentorship - Ability to train and develop staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver top-tier service, while being the go-to person for guidance and support.
