About the Role As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and other internal teams to deliver accurate and timely financial processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage supplier and customer queries, and assist with reconciliations. - Payroll Processing: Handle fortnightly payroll, maintain leave records, and respond to payroll-related queries. - Month-End Support: Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and preparation of GST and other returns. - General Finance Coordination: Support expense tracking, subscription renewals, and credit card reconciliations. What We’re Looking For - 3+ years’ experience in a similar finance or administration role. - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. - Proficiency with Xero (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
