THE OPPORTUNITY Join the high-performing team at Bounty Dairy and gain hands-on experience across all areas of modern dairy farming. You’ll assist with tasks from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing, while learning the skills that come with working on a larger-scale operation - including shed and animal health management, mating plans, and moving stock with Halter technology. Halter helps the team work smarter, supports animal wellbeing, and frees up time to focus on the aspects of farming that matter most. You’ll receive full training and support, with opportunities to take initiative, develop your skills, and mentor newer team members. This is a hands-on role for someone with a passion for farming, and a desire to grow their career in a collaborative, supportive environment. THE FARM Bounty Dairy Unit is a 629-hectare property that winters 1,700 cows and milks 1,600 through a 60-bail rotary at peak. Located just ten minutes from Taupō, the farm offers the best of both worlds - close to town yet surrounded by lifestyle opportunities, including water sports, mountain biking, hunting, and fishing. ABOUT YOU You’re enthusiastic, hands-on, and ready to contribute to the team’s success. You’re eager to learn, develop your skills, and make a real impact on the farm.
