This is a key strategic role, taking commercial leadership on a portfolio of major infrastructure projects across the South Island. The Role You will be the commercial backbone for high-value civil projects, responsible for all financial aspects from tender to final account. You will be managing variations, processing claims, handling subcontractor procurement and payments, and providing accurate monthly cost reports. A key part of your role will be to mentor and guide intermediate and junior QS staff, ensuring the commercial success and profitability of major projects.
