We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our clients team. This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 12pm (with the possibility of additional hours). The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance and be confident managing a range of administrative and financial tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Manage payroll processing and employee records * Complete banking and credit card reconciliations * Oversee ceridtors and debtors management * Handle monthly GST filing and reporting * Assist with yearly insurance administration and asset register updates About You: * Experienced in accounting or finance administration * Confident with numbers and financial procsses * Reliable, flexible, and highly detail-oriented * Able to start immediately If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
