Super sunny, modern, comfortable, north-east facing home. Secure, private, with concrete deck and all furnishings. I have two adult indoor cats so must be ok with that. I also love cooking and enjoy making meals for two. You are a professional, friendly person, who is laid back and happy to share space with me. If you have a cat it must be an indoor cat only (as mine are), and if you smoke you also must smoke in the yard, or in the covered area outside the front door (if it rains). I love my home, and I'm hoping you will as well.
