Brett Ave is just steps away for your morning dip, Thorne Bay is perfect for beach hangs, and there's a northwest deck overlooking the pool. The living room features a biofuel fire which Is delicous in winter. The room has a queen bed, nightstands, built-in storage, and a built-in wardrobe with a tallboy. If you have your own items I could store these. We are two professionals (not a couple) who keep it pretty chill. We don't mind sharing a sundowner, playing cards, or watching a movie. We are looking for someone respectful, who pays on time, is kind, positive attitude, and cleans up after themselves. Someone who treats the house like their own. Bonus points if you're design-minded and like cats. Note, there is a spiral staircase, so it is not suitable for people with mobility needs.
