The house is 2/3 bedroom, with a lounge/kitchen area and separate front room used as a lounge. The house is fully furnished, equipped kitchen, with bedding available. Heaters in bedrooms, heat pump in lounge, HRV system, dishwasher, modern kitchen, induction oven, separate bathroom with bath. Large backyard, fruit trees, berries; welcome to plant veges etc. Rent includes bills, Fibre and Powe, $200 for a single, $260 for a couple all inclusive.
