Sockburn, 3 bedrooms

The room gets all-day sun in the summer and has a sliding glass door onto a balcony. There’s a small but nice lawn and a clothesline. Large living areas are downstairs, and the bathrooms were recently remodeled. It’s a really nice spot, I’ve loved living here for the past two years, but I’m now moving out with my partner. The guys who are there are super cool really passionate about football and games. They love a good laugh and always have something interesting to talk about. One’s a teacher and a high-level football coach; the other is working towards becoming a combat medic for the army, an avid gamer, and a gym-goer if you’re looking for a partner. If you’re looking for a flat with great energy and easygoing people, this could be the one.
