FLATMATE WANTED! We are looking for late 20's early 30's professional, the room is available from Christmas! The bedroom comes with portable wardrobe but no other furnishings. Has beautiful tall ceilings and lots of natural lighting. This bedroom has a shared bathroom with two others. Abit about the house: -Spacious home with high ceilings and great indoor/ outdoor flow onto the deck. - Flat Garden including lemons, advocados, figs, mandarins and grapes. - Kitchen comes with dishwasher, fridge, double wall oven etc - Seperate Laundry room and sink with pull out ironing board with easy access to the washing line. -Heat-pump, AC and fireplace to keep us cosy in Winter. - House is fully insulated, and all windows are double glazed. - Property is fully fenced with lockable side gate to back garden, and alarm system. Abit about us: We are all fulltime professionals who love to come home to a clean house. We are a social household, flat dinners, movie nights etc but we also respect eachothers downtime and schedule.
