Room 1: Master Bedroom (Private Ensuite) $360 per week inclusive of bills Fully furnished Plenty of Storage/Two large Wardrobes Couples welcome Room 2: Double Bedroom (Shared Bathroom) $250 per week inclusive of bills Fully furnished Large wardrobe The house is well-maintained with spacious living areas, including a comfortable large lounge, separate dining area, and a sunny deck. There's a well-kept mature garden with a BBQ for outdoor entertaining. A heat pump and wood burner keep the house warm and cosy. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, rice cooker, juicer, kitchen mixer, fridge, and upright freezer. A separate Laundry area with washing machine and dryer are also available for your use. Ideally we like to have a flat meal once a week. Household chores are spread evenly. The House is on Waimairi Rd & the Orbiter Bus stop is just a 5 minute walk away, making public transport convenient to everywhere in the city. The house is 3 minutes to UC, 5 minutes drive to the airport & 15-20 minutes to the City.
