Teds Testing Station is looking for an experienced vehicle inspector Teds Testing Station are expanding our business and are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Authorised Vehicle Inspector - to undertake COF's and WOF's on vehicles and equipment of all types and models. We have a new workshop with state of the art equipment, wonderful support staff and we are situated in Whakatane, in the beautiful sunny Eastern Bay of Plenty. The role will include weekend work as required. Skills and Attributes desired: • COF B – (all other endorsements would be an advantage); • Class 1 through 5 license; • Thorough knowledge and at least 5 years previous experience in the Vehicle Inspection Industry; • A background in automotive or a similar industry i.e. Mechanic, Heavy Truck etc.; • Sound experience and a strong commitment to meeting the needs of the customers and the requirements of the business; • Understand that personal presentation is important; • A friendly and welcoming attitude; • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels both externally and internally; • An awareness, understanding and commitment to workplace Health and Safety; • An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; • A willingness to learn, succeed and be open to change and ongoing growth. Horizon Networks is recruiting for a Utility Arborist Apprentice and this role is a permanent full-time position. Reporting to the VegetationSupervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out professional vegetation control services for the Horizon Energy network and for external third-party customers. You will also be expected to build strong long-term relationships with our customers ensuring they see Horizon Networks as a preferred supplier with excellent customer service and technical support.
