We have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead our Opotiki Coolstore Team to ensure that best practice is achieved safely, in all aspects of our operations. You will be responsible for managing conventional cool storage for all classes of fruit and to ensure orders are prepared in time with correct documentation for loadout, so you will need to have sound knowledge and understanding of temperature cool chain and logistics. Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a key role on our site management team, so this person will need to be focussed and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make sound decisions while working under pressure. You will also need do have experience in leading and coaching people as this role will play a pivotal part of creating an environment where staff feel valued and empowered to continuously improve.
