Supportive team environment We are seeking a skilled and motivated Class 4 Hydro Operator to join our team, working primarily in the Queenstown Lakes District. This role involves operating hydro excavation trucks and performing Class 4 vacuum truck work as required. You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing essential services to our clients in construction, utilities, and environmental management. Key Responsibilities: *Operate hydro excavation equipment safely and efficiently. *Perform Class 4 vacuum truck operations as required. *Manage your own workload and ensure deadlines are met. *Build and maintain key client and team relationships. *Complete daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance. *Maintain clear communication with the team and clients. *Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. What We’re Looking For: *A current and valid Class 4 New Zealand driver’s license. * Experience in hydro excavation (1year) *Strong work ethic and attention to detail. *Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using devices and apps. *Commitment to health and safety practices. *Ability to work well in a team and independently. *Be able to work weekends and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
