Chance to grow with a rapidly expanding business Foreman Drainlayer – Temp to Perm We are on the lookout for an experienced Foreman Drainlayer to join a growing business on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role is primarily residential, with work including septic tank installations, house drainage, and water tanks. What we are looking for: • Proven residential drainlaying experience (essential) • Strong ability to work independently and lead from the front • Fit, hands-on, and not afraid of hard graft when required • Ideally North Shore–based (yard located in Dairy Flat) • Future-focused, with management experience or clear leadership potential What’s on offer: • $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience • Company ute (travel to and from site/home) • Future ownership pathways for the right person • Opportunity to be first cab off the rank in a business set to expand rapidly over the next few years If you’re keen to step into a key role and grow with the business, I’d love to hear from you.
