Opportunity to be a Team Leader Main Description Opportunity to work with a well-established and trusted company to deliver infrastructure projects across New Zealand. We are looking for Certified Drainlayers. This role requires strong communication skills (you will be working with clients) and the ability to work both independently and within a team. We are looking out for NZ Qualified Drainlayers to work on Residential, Commercial and Civil projects including Piling, Retaining Walls, Full Scope Drainage and more. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Excavating trenches and laying pipes according to project requirements, * Operating heavy machinery including excavators, rollers and loaders * Communicating with Managers and construction teams to meet targets (Daily, weekly and key milestones) * Lead Health & Safety in all aspects * Opportunity to be a Team Leader A successful candidate will have: * PGDB Registered, Certified Drainlayer * Minimum 3 years of New Zealand based experience in civil, residential and commercial drainlaying * Retaining Walls experience preferred * Heavy machinery, digger operator experiences desirable * WTR endorsements highly desirable * Class 2 or ideally Class 4 NZ Driver's License * Able to pass all pre-employment checks Note: Applicants must have full NZ working rights and be in New Zealand to be considered for this role.
