Dredging Barge Deckhand You will be part of a team tasked to perform deckhand duties onboard our 50m Dredging Vessels while at sea and in port. To be successful in this full-time role you will: • MUST HAVE MARITIME EXPERIENCE WITH AN SRL (OR currently working towards completing an SRL/ILM). • Undertake Voyages exceeding 24 hours in duration • Perform all shipboard duties while at sea and in port including: watch keeping, berthing, casting off, anchoring and bunkering • Undertake housekeeping duties, provisioning and sharing meal preparation • Carry out emergency drills and procedures Tasks include but are not limited to: • Assisting on Tugs and Workboats • Operating small boats • Cleaning, painting and maintenance of vessels and equipment. Ideally you will have: • Full driver’s License Due to our Health and Safety protocols, applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
