Key Responsibilities: * Operate production equipment in line with documented Work Instructions and training. * Accurately complete production records including QA checklists, run sheets, and material tracking. * Maintain and care for tools and equipment, reporting any faults or breakdowns immediately. * Ensure smooth workflow and timely changeovers in line with production schedules. * Identify and report product defects or non-conformance to the Production Supervisor. * Uphold high standards of housekeeping and adhere to all PPE and safety protocols. * Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly and assist in investigations.
