We’re looking for reliable, safety-minded Traffic Controllers to join our on-call team. You’ll help manage traffic around construction sites, roadworks, or events, making sure drivers, pedestrians, and workers stay safe. This is a flexible role – you’ll be called in as needed, perfect if you want work that fits around your schedule.What You’ll Do * Set up and manage traffic flow at worksites or events. * Use signs, cones, and barriers to direct vehicles safely. * Communicate clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and team members. * Report hazards and follow all safety regulations.What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Traffic Controller or similar role. * Current Traffic Control/Traffic Management Certification is a plus * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. * Physically fit to stand, walk, and handle equipment for long periods. * Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude. * Own transport is advantageous for getting to various sitesWhy Join Us * Flexible on-call shifts. * Friendly, supportive team. * Opportunity to gain experience and grow your skills.
