This is a great role, for a highly motivated retail professional keen to advance their career in a busy store. Based in our Moore Wilson Retail Store, this is an ideal opportunity to work alongside the Retail Manager, and progress your supervisory experience, whilst developing your retail knowledge and contributing to store performance. Key responsibilities: Lead by example and deliver a premium first-class level of service to customers • Be part of the Store Management team responsible for cost efficiencies, continuous improvement and store profitability • Deliver premier frontline customer sales service is delivery by the team, while ensuring merchandising, & in-store presentation is of a high standard at all times • Help train and on-board new and existing Retail Assistants to understand and carry out all tasks and responsibilities, aligned to SOPS, code of conduct and Moana retail standards • Support and encourage a positive team culture • Clear, honest and proactive communication with managers, supervisors and colleagues You will thrive in this leadership role, where you will have increased responsibility, the chance to contribute to the growth of retail operations and combine your excellent customer service capability, and flair for creating great experiences to help contribute to a high achieving team.
