The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining membrane roofing systems on various commercial buildings. (TPO, Butynol, Torch-On) Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Commercial work (3 years minimum) - Install, repair, and maintain membrane roofing systems (TPO, Butynol and Torch-On) - Conduct thorough inspections to assess roofing conditions and identify necessary repairs. - Ensure roofing work is completed to high safety and quality standards. - Collaborate effectively with other team members and contractors on-site. - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
