These roles are critical to bringing our designs to life, following detailed work instructions and high-quality standards. We are recruiting for: Day Shift Assembler Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–3:30pm Friday: 6:00am–2:30pm Afternoon Shift Assembler Monday–Thursday: 3:20pm–11:50pm Friday: 2:20pm–10:50pm In this role, you will: * Assemble products to specification using detailed work instructions * Prepare materials, tools and equipment before assembly tasks begin * Inspect incoming parts and completed assemblies for quality * Perform functional testing to ensure products meet requirements * Identify and report non-conformances to the Production Team Leader * Work collaboratively with production and warehouse team members * Safely handle and lift units up to 15kg when required * You will be part of a supportive production environment, reporting to the Production Team Leader and working closely with Senior Assemblers and Production staff. About you To be successful in this role, you will be someone who: * Has assembly experience * Follows and can read instructions accurately and consistently * Enjoys hands-on, practical work * Has a strong focus on quality and safety * Works well in a team environment * Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn * Has strong attention to detail * Experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly is beneficial, but transferable skills and a positive attitude are just as important.
