Supportive team environment with projects making a tangible difference We are seeking Machine Operators to join our team in agricultural earthworks though out the canterbury region. We are looking for Scraper operators, experienced Excavator and Grader operators. Full training will be provided to the successful applicants. Some background knowledge in machinery would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working outdoors and contributing to the development and maintenance of agricultural landscapes. Key Responsibilities • Water Storage Dam construction. • Site works, including working to levels for preparation of construction or farming activities. • Dairy Shed, Effluent Pond and track site works. • General excavation tasks to support various agricultural projects. Candidate Requirements • Willingness to learn what it takes in an agricultural earthworks setting. • Understanding of agricultural earthworks processes. • Ability to follow project plans and work efficiently to meet deadlines. • A commitment to high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. • Driver's license Class 1, Class 4 would be an advantage.
