Vintage New In Box Stanley Bailey No 4 Smooth Plane Made In England

Up for sale is a vintage Stanley No 4 Plane. What is nice about this example is that to me it appears to be in mint condition. It comes in the original box with wrapping and I cannot see any sign that it has been used at all. The wood components have the varnish still intact ( usually it's cracked ) and the only detraction are a couple of small marks on one side where it has sat on the paper and some moisture has got in ( see pics ) , that will be easily sorted. Otherwise this has to be one of the finest Stanley planes that I have had. It is also 1 of 2 plane auctions that i am having tonight , the other being a Stanley No 5 in even slightly better condition.
