




* Civil and roading projects across Auckland * Be part of a professional crew keeping sites safe and moving * Consistent work with shifts confirmed in advance where possible Job Description We're partnered with established civil infrastructure contractors delivering roading and civil construction projects across the Auckland region. With a strong pipeline of work secured, we're looking for reliable, experienced Traffic Controllers who understand the role and take safety seriously. This is steady, ongoing traffic management work supporting active sites. You'll be working with professional crews where traffic control is planned properly, communicated clearly, and respected as a critical part of site safety. About the role * Traffic control support on civil and roading projects * Managing vehicle, pedestrian, and site access safely * Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management layouts * Working to approved Traffic Management Plans and following Site Traffic Management Supervisors direction * Communicating clearly with the public and site teams * Maintaining safe, tidy, and professional work zones Shifts are allocated based on confirmed work and, where possible, advised in advance. Typical shift lengths range from 8 to 12 hours.
