Your role will include: * Coaching and developing a newer team * Creating a positive, engaged store culture * Keeping both the shop floor and backroom running smoothly * Driving KPIs and improving daily performance * Maintaining high store standards and presentation * Managing stock flow, rosters, and all daily operations and admin * Delivering warm, helpful service to loyal customers What You'll Bring * Retail leadership experience of 5+ years (large-format or high-stock a bonus) * Strength in operations and attention to detail * A warm, clear, people-first leadership style * Confidence in lifting performance and setting expectations * The energy to nurture newer staff and build great morale * A genuine passion for customers and community * Must have full NZ Working rights (no sponsorship/holiday visas) Ready for a role with heart, challenge, and opportunity?
