Are you a skilled and qualified carpenter looking for your next opportunity? Structa is growing, and we're searching for two new motivated Carpenters who take pride in their mahi, work well alongside others, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every project. As a valued member of our whānau on site, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to complete defect-free work, support apprentices, and help ensure projects run safely, smoothly, and meet programme. What You’ll Be Doing: - Completing senior carpentry tasks to a high standard - Working safely and efficiently across a variety of sites - Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations - Maintaining clear communication with the Site Manager about materials, planning, and progress - Building strong working relationships with co-workers, clients, and suppliers - Championing company Health & Safety, quality, and environmental processes - Supporting and mentoring apprentices and new team members - Measuring, recording, and carrying out work accurately - Contributing to a positive, respectful team culture What You’ll Bring: - Trade qualification in carpentry - Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and NZ building standards - Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications - Understanding of construction site Health & Safety requirements - High-quality workmanship and attention to detail - Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills - A positive attitude, good initiative, and dependability - Commitment to upholding Structa’s Code of Conduct Why Join Structa?
