We're happy to offer a full-time, permanent job with our award-winning client, who is looking for a motivated and skilled Solar Installer to join their growing team.
In this hands-on position, you'll be installing solar panels, wiring, and helping with maintenance and troubleshooting. This work helps New Zealanders save on energy costs and supports a more sustainable future. Our client wants someone who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within a supportive team.

What you will be doing:
* Installing solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems safely and efficiently
* Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines
* Maintaining high safety standards and following all site and company procedures
* Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
* Taking pride in your workmanship and representing the company positively on every site
* Being proactive in problem-solving and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace
* Travelling to various job sites around the region as required
Pay Rate:
* $25-$40 per hour (based on experience)
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in solar installation, roofing, or electrical work
* Physically fit and confident working at heights and outdoors in all weather
* Full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to read and follow site plans, diagrams, and safety instructions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Must have the right to work in New Zealand
