Get the kids off their devices and outside with this fantastic wee house / cabin, fireman's pole and monkey bars! Shed dimensions - 1.5m (length) x 1.3m (width) x 1.5m (height from inside deck to roof apex). Price includes the following:- Shed (upper and lower level) - sheds sits on a 4 post frame, with the lower area comprising of two sheets of plywood, a gate and a bamboo fence; Fibre-glass yellow slide; 50mm galvanised Fireman's pole and monkey bars; All interior items, blinds, mounted picture, seat, ships clock (not working), chalk-board wall, windows / port holes etc. Metal basketball hoop with chains; Gangplank, steps, 'castle' turret frame etc. The roof is corrugated iron with Clearlite panels x 2. The walls are fully insulated with pink batts (but not the roof-space). Items NOT included - the chain-swing (our daughter would like to keep this). We've had LOTS of fun with this set and have added / improved things to it over the years. Please note - All items listed as included must be removed and collected by the purchaser. This shed is fixed to the base and will need someone who is able to disconnect from the base (unsure if nailed / screwed), and then lifted off. The shed is heavy and will require several strong able-bodied persons to do this. We accept no responsibility for any damage caused during this process, and payment must be made prior to disassembly. There is some damage at the bottom of the window side panels - this would have been caused by the window being left open to the elements and subsequent water ingress. These can easily be replaced by a handyman.
