Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities include: * Reducing shrinkage by promoting profit protection across all store areas — Retail, Garden, and Trade. * Creating and maintaining a secure environment for customers and team members. * Educating and supporting staff to detect and deter theft and fraud. * Liaising with local police and other retailers to share intelligence on known offenders. * Keeping the team informed with regular updates and training, including photographic evidence where available. * Safely apprehending shoplifters using approved techniques. What we're looking for: * Previous experience in loss prevention or security is ideal, but not essential. * Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. * Strong integrity, honesty, and professionalism. * A quick, alert mind with resilience and resourcefulness. * Commitment to delivering a fantastic customer experience.
