As we head into the summer season, we’re looking for motivated individual to join our Irrigation Team in a Team Leader capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role, gain hands-on agricultural experience, and work with a passionate team - all while enjoying the Hawke’s Bay sunshine. About the Role As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting and coordinating daily irrigation operations. You’ll lead a small team, operate tractors, lay irrigation pipes, and monitor our linear and pivot systems to ensure our crops receive optimal hydration. This is a fixed-term role with rostered shifts running through to February 2025.
