If you have the right experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! **CNC Programmer** **Key Responsibilities** * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files * Create CNC programs using the appropriate software * Set up CNC machines and select correct tools * Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate, high‑quality output * Conduct quality checks and measurements on finished components * Troubleshoot machining issues and contribute to process improvements * Maintain machines and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation * Collaborate with production and engineering teams * Support machinists with general workshop duties **Requirements** * Minimum 2-3 years of CNC programming experience * Strong understanding of machining techniques and CNC software * High attention to detail and commitment to quality * Good communication skills and a strong work ethic * Must hold a valid work visa or New Zealand residency **Additional Requirements for All Applicants** * Must pass a **Drug Screen** * Must pass a **Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Check**
