We’re seeking a hands-on Production Manager & Distiller to take charge of daily production at one of NZ’s biggest and most awarded craft distilleries. This is your chance to be at the heart of a team creating world-class gin, rum, brandy, liqueurs, and more. From fermentation and distilling to bottling, labelling, and warehouse management, you’ll oversee every stage of the journey from grain to glass. What you’ll do: • Run fermentations, distillations, bottling, and labelling. • Manage stock, logistics, and inventory via Unleashed. • Collaborate with the head distiller on recipe development and R&D. • Oversee health & safety, warehouse operations, and product quality. • Assist with cellar door and events when needed. What you’ll bring: • Experience in distilling, brewing, or winemaking (or serious technical hobbyist). • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, plus a passion for craft beverages. • Strong work ethic, ability to lift heavy items, and availability for occasional nights/weekends.
