The Loss Prevention Manager Role within our stores is a KEY position that will see you lead the store Loss Prevention programme. It is all about having an exceptional Loss Prevention team who are dedicated to implementing our core loss prevention strategies. It revolves around reducing risk through managing a culture of customer service in store - this role is highly customer focused. Day to day you will be completing action plans, implementing safe work practices, adhering to Health and Safety standards, uncovering internal theft, implementing strategies to prevent theft, and working with the store management team to identify high risk areas. It's also about: * Ensuring the store premises and contents are secure and minimising avoidable stock loss * Ensuring our security systems are maintained * Developing an effective LP programme to apprehend and deter customer theft * Maintaining effective processes to prevent/deter internal theft * Assisting Managers / Regional LP Controller with investigations * Management of loss prevention associate/s We'll expect you to identify areas and opportunities for improvement, drive a culture of loss prevention through your management of your loss prevention team and the wider store team.
