We manage 80 ha predominately of Envy with Jugala apple varieties growing on modern structures and utilising innovative technology and modern systems to enhance productivity and sustainability across the orchard. Key Responsibilies • Undertake harvest operations in accordance with quality productivity standard whilst ensuring minimal crop damage; • Prune and thin trees to as required to optimise growth and fruit production; • Throughout daily activities to continually monitor trees for pests, diseases and report to manager; • Assist with maintenance of irrigation systems and weed control programmes; • Under direction assist with maintenance of orchard as required; • Support seasonal tasks under the direction of the Orchard Manager (Rosewood) • Collaborate with team to complete task efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Crop Monitors are a vital part of our Agronomy Team.
