They provide quality electrical, plumbing, and pumping services across Hawke's Bay We're looking for an organised and proactive Workflow Assistant to help keep their operations on track. If you love variety, enjoy problem-solving, and have an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you! The Role: * Manage the job process from start to finish using Simpro. * Answer calls, greet clients, and open new jobs. * Ensure all job details, documentation, and compliance records are correct. * Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and clients to keep jobs moving. * Assist with vehicle maintenance and office administration. * Support a strong health and safety culture across the business. Hours:  7:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Full-time Permanent role. Must Haves: * Experience in administration or coordination (trade/service background ideal). * Confident using technology, Simpro experience a bonus. * Great communicator with strong attention to detail. * Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks. * A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
