As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and achieve personal goals. You'll work from a care plan and provide both practical and emotional support, which may include: * Meal preparation * Personal cares (e.g. showering, toileting) * Administering medication * Home management (housework) * Supporting community outings and integration You'll work alongside a wider team but make a meaningful difference every day, directly in the lives of the people you support.
