We work across earthworks, drainage, roading, retaining structures and general civil infrastructure for councils, government clients and Tier 1 contractors. We’re looking for a motivated labourer to join the team. Experience is a bonus, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important to us. We’re happy to invest in the right person and provide training and support to build a long-term career in civil construction. We’ve had multiple successful examples of people starting with us as labourers and progressing into skilled operators, foremen and qualified tradespeople. Several team members have also completed BCITO Civil Carpentry apprenticeships through Three Sixty Civil.
