Plenty of room to grow within the company Drainlayer Foreman – Hands-On Leader Wanted We’re on the hunt for a motivated and adaptable Drainlayer Foreman who’s not afraid of a hard day’s work. You’ll be leading by example on-site, working 7am–5pm, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving. What we’re looking for: Solid 3 Waters experience – sewer, stormwater, potable water Skilled in deep drainage, trenching, and working with shields Strong focus on health & safety Skilled operator experience is a bonus Great people skills – lead by example and work well in a team Flexible and willing to help out across the site Reliable, committed, and takes pride in their work In return, you’ll join a great crew, be part of an organisation that values its people, and have plenty of room to grow.
