We're on the lookout for a detail-driven Programmer to join our well-established and forward-thinking client in Palmerston North. In this role, you'll take completed architectural and structural plans and translate them into precise, data-rich cutting and manufacturing instructions using specialist software. Your work will ensure materials are optimised, measurements are exact, and nothing is left to guesswork—essentially transforming plans into practical, ready-to-build components. Perfect for someone with experience in quantity surveying, estimating, or architectural design, this position blends analytical thinking with construction know-how. What We're Looking For: * Experience in a programming, estimating, or quantity surveying role. * Must have experience with using Mitec software. * Sound understanding of construction processes and NZ building standards. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work through complex plans. * Excellent communication and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
