Long term opportunity We are looking for a Junior Engineering Draftsperson to join a leading engineering firm who export their products to the world market. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a draftsperson role. This role is available for an immediate start and would suit someone who has recently studied mechanical engineering or has some hands-on experience using CAD software.   Duties and Responsibilities: * Creating and updating 2D & 3D Engineering drawings * Using CAD and solidworks daily * Assisting the engineering and fabrication teams with drafting support * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications * Supporting projects from concept through to production   The successful candidate will have: * Mechanical engineering qualification or relevant study preferred * Experience using CAD and/or SolidWorks * Understanding of 2D and 3D drawings * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn * Good communication and teamwork skills * Positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in   Benefits of the role: * Immediate start available * Supportive team * Staff Café and onsite gym * Long term opportunity * 40 hours a week, full-time hours   Please apply now if this role interests you apply now with a CV, or call Louis Marsh or Chris on (03)3773992 if you have any further questions
