**What You'll Be Doing**
* Work as part of the sealant crew in a boutique manufacturing environment
* Learn and master the intricate process of wig making over time
* Handle detailed, hands-on tasks requiring precision and care
* Contribute to creating custom wigs that meet high client standards
* Maintain quality and consistency throughout the production process
**What You Need**
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn a new trade skill
* Patience and dedication to develop expertise over several years
* Sewing experience (professional or hobby) or interest in crafts such as embroidery, jewellery making, soft furnishings, or hair and make-up
* Ability to work well in a team and follow detailed instructions
* Good communication skills
