Stable, full-time role with varied structural and architectural steel work **Workshop Manager – Steel Fabrication** **About the Role** We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Manager to take ownership of the delivery of fabrication projects within our workshop. This role is not just supervision — it is about leading from the front. You will be on the tools, while also coordinating workflow, managing priorities, and ensuring projects coming from Project Managers are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for turning issued drawings and job scopes into completed workshop outputs, ready for site installation.
