We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing team in Karaka. About the Role This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on end-of-line production and machine operation. You'll play a key part in ensuring products are processed efficiently and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Operating production machinery safely and efficiently * End-of-line production work, including packing and product handling * Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues * Working as part of a fast-paced production team What to Expect: * Repetitive lifting of 5-15kg * Working in a cold environment * Being on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift Location: * Karaka site Shift: * Monday to Friday * Morning shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm * Potential for overtime What's on Offer: * $24 per hour + 8% holiday pay * Ongoing, stable work with a growing company * Supportive, safety-focused team environment * Free onsite parking and staff discounts * Full PPE provided What We're Looking For: * MUST have a Restricted or Full Class 1 driver's license * Own reliable vehicle (essential) * Proven experience in end-of-line production and machine operation (essential) * Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work * Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic * Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Eligible to work in New Zealand without restrictions * Willing to undergo a pre-employment Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check * Must pass a pre-employment drug test If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you — click APPLY NOW!
