About the Role This is a key appointment within our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Dealer Principal. You will oversee all aspects of our new Ford and used vehicle business, ensuring strong performance across sales, profitability, guest experience, and brand standards. Your responsibilities will include: * Working closely with Ford New Zealand to implement national sales strategies and achieve new-vehicle targets * Leading and motivating the sales team to exceed internal performance goals * Managing all used-vehicle operations – from appraising trades and purchasing stock to maintaining inventory quality and turn rates * Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts across retail and fleet * Collaborating closely with our Service, Parts, and Finance managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience * Driving continuous improvement and aligning dealership performance with MS Ford’s growth strategy About You You’ll be a results-oriented leader with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven record in dealership sales. GfK an NIQ company conducts the official Radio Ratings in NZ and is looking for suitable candidates for the door-to-door interviewing team for 2025, for this project anticipated to run 12 weeks at a time, approximately 3 times a year starting mid-February. Experienced interviewers encouraged to apply but experience not essential as full training will be provided.
